♡ 2015 - 1st January, Thursday ♡

It kind of became a routine for the 4 of us to countdown to the New Year together. Just like the previous year, the working peeps' schedules clashes so we can't have dinner so we settled for supper. 
Hopefully for 2016's countdown we don't have to countdown while having our meals.
Went to meet Bestie & Benny at Orchard before heading to 49 Seats to wait for ღ while everyone's stomachs are growling.
We alighted at Chinatown Station instead of Outram Park so we had to walk quite a distance. It's nearer towards Outram Park Exit H (Purple Line's side).

But i still prefer the best one we had at Compass Point's library where they had a cafe inside but sadly, it closed down. Such a pity that whenever we had the most delicious food the restaurant will be gone.
Jinxed/Cursed or a nicer way to stop me from indulging.

We ordered some side dishes to appease our hunger & ღ finally arrived at 11pm so we can start ordering our mains & more side dishes!

Bestie's: Tomyum Seafood Pasta
Mine: Classic Aglio Olio
Benny's: Fish & Chips
ღ's: Creamy Smoked Duck Pasta
Side Dishes: Fish Bites & Cheesy Fries

Bestie's tomyum sauce is so nice, too bad ღ ordered regular Fish & Chips instead of the tomyum version for poor Benny. ღ's smoked duck is also nice but you will get sick of the creamy sauce so we exchanged our mains. 
I ordered the Aglio Olio as i thought it would have smoked duck in it as i saw the dish Smoked Duck Aglio Olio on their fb page. But the classic isn't that bad except for some burnt mushroom parts that are too salty.

There's no GST nor Service Charge. But the promotion 25% off on all mains after 11pm has ended. We were discussing where to go after supper & Bestie suggested to go Loyang Temple to pray. So we went back to Punggol & borrowed Bestie's brother's car & off we go!
