♡ Thai Food in SG - 30th July, Thursday ♡

Mookata
@ Sengkang Square Kopitiam
Lf had 2 projects around Sengkang district so we had supper after his appointments. The people in pink are the staff.
ala carte
They had a set for 2-3 pax which will be too much for us so we ordered seperately but minimum order is 2 choices of meat. Both types of chili are real good. At first i like mine, sweet & spicy (the right one) but after trying Lf's one spicy garlic it kind of grew onto me as i'm into garlic right now.

• Rice (50¢)
  • Lettuce ($3)
       • Crab Stick ($5)
              • Garlic Chicken ($8)
              • Sliced Chicken ($8)
      ☞ Total: $24.50

The usual discount applies if the Kopitiam Card is used.
Thai Boat Noodle
@ Bedok Point #02-32/34
the 1st few bowls that we ordered to try
• Sliced Pork: $2.40
   • Thai Pork Ball: $2.40
         • Mini Boat Noodle (Soup): $1
       • Mini Boat Noodle (Dry): $1
     • Tomyum Noodle: $1:50
  • Thai Milk Tea: $3.50

SPICY Mini Boat Noodle (Soup): $1 each
Don't know whether to laugh or be angry as the situation is too funny to stay mad.
The first few bowls were ordered verbally when we enter but there's a menu for us to tick our order.
So our 2nd order was 3 Mini Boat Noodle (Soup) where Lf checked the bigger menu for the code & miraculously managed to order wrongly. He even told me that we must be given the wrong order as it can't be him who ordered wrongly as he did confirmed before ordering.
Poor me got to eat 2 bowls of spicy noodle instead of the initial 1 bowl of soup noodles i ordered.
Thai Fish Cake: $5.80

11 bowls of noodles & 2 bowls of pork (sliced/balls)
Our total bill is $31.30 after GST & Service Charge. I prefer the Mini Boat Noodle (Soup) & tomyum noodles while Lf prefer all except the spicy one. lol
He only had 1 bowl of spicy noodle yet he had diarrhoea about 1 hour later & i had sore throat the next day.
My ranking of the noodles would be:
1) Tomyum
                           2) Mini Boat Noodle (Soup)
                                                        3) Mini Boat Noodle (Dry)

The restaurant have an extensive variety of Thai food, they even have the Braised Pig Leg Rice, Phad Thai & many more Thai food.
They also have my favourite Pandan Coconut Jelly dessert but it was sold out at 4pm (¬_¬)
