♡ Know Your RIGHTS - 1st October, Monday ♡

Shocking but Amazing
I would like to share some knowledge i learnt from my law lessons. I'm supposed to write essays for my assignment but pending down my thoughts are more entertaining. I'm very sure most of you won't ever realise you have the rights to take action.

The receipts you received from the merchant is printed with, "Goods sold are not refundable" but in actual case you can refund or even sue. Because we're making contracts everyday like taking public transport, buying food etc.

Once payment have been made, the contract is done & over. A receipt is only a proof of purchase. It's not right to include any terms & conditions on it as payment had already been made the contract is sealed. The company have to inform you before the transaction is made.

"Once broken, considered sold!" Feeling afraid when you're at the glassware section? You are window shopping & did not make any payment so there isn't any contract being made thus you need not pay! Feeling so relief right now as i know my rights.

It's wonderful being a lawyer as you know your rights, are protected by them & need not be afraid of unlawful people. Would like to share some awareness as many people are frightened by such unfair treatment. Please do not let the merchant fleece you the next time you have any defective products.
